Background & challenge

Porsche Center Olympiapark is one of the long-established Porsche locations in Munich.
In the mid-1990s, the brand faced the challenge of redefining digital communication channels.

The task was to develop a solution that:

  • aligns with Porsche’s brand architecture
  • makes full use of the technical possibilities of the time
  • reaches and engages customers digitally
  • functions as a modern communication tool internally and externally

The collaboration developed over many years and resulted in multiple modules — from the initial web presence to newsletters and an active customer survey still in use today.

Approach & implementation

Early digital presence & brand development

One of the first internet presences of a Porsche Center was created for Porsche Center Olympiapark.

As part of this work, the digital medium was introduced and explained at management level within Porsche AG — an early contribution to the company’s digital brand development.

Long-term content and technical support

The website was supported and continuously developed over many years, until Porsche introduced centralized online solutions. In parallel, a regular newsletter was established, providing information and strengthening long-term customer relationships.

Corporate-design-compliant customer survey

A customer survey developed from the collaboration that remains active today.

It was designed and implemented in line with Porsche’s corporate design — clearly structured, precise, brand-consistent and equipped with a modern, mobile-optimized UX.

Continuous development

The survey has been updated multiple times over the years, technically modernized and adapted to new requirements — an example of reliable, long-term support in the premium segment.

It functions as an independent digital module, precisely aligned with Porsche’s corporate design.
